One of our clients is seeking Certified Peer Specialist in the Philadelphia area!
MUST BE ACTIVELY CERTIFIED IN THE STATE OF PA - RENEWAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM
No Weekends!

Up to $3800/month!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Collaborate with participants to create selfdirected goals to assist them in their path to recovery.
• Support participants with educational, and social related goals, benefit/medical resources, mental health and substance use services, budgeting skills and exploring housing options.
• Attend social events with participants.
• In collaboration with participants, create WRAP Plans and encourage the development of mental health advanced directives.
• Facilitate peer support groups on participants' interests as needed.

-Document participant progress in the electronic health records system.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Peer Specialist Certification in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania.
• 1 2 years' experience as a Certified Peer Specialist.
• Knowledge of the mental health/ substance abuse/ behavioral health.
