Requirements

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently convert provided leads into closed transactions.
• Actively participate in retraining and development programs to refine your skills.
• Conduct high-level buyer and seller consultations.
• Negotiate favorable terms for clients in diverse real estate transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Leverage team systems and support to streamline your workflow.
• Qualifications:
• Active Real Estate License.
• Proven track record in real estate sales (experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Tucson real estate market.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems.
