We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React and Python who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers a unique opportunity to split your time between hands-on coding and assisting the technical lead (Adrian) with leadership and management responsibilities.
You'll be joining a mission-driven team focused on automating risk processes in alignment with federal regulatory standards .
Collaborate closely with the team to understand existing codebases and architecture
Contribute directly to the code while attending and participating in coding and design meetings
Work 50/50 between technical development and assisting in leadership and project management
Act as a bridge between mid-level developers and leadership , with mentorship from Adrian
Engage in meaningful work that enhances risk automation and regulatory compliance systems
React.js – Front-end expertise with component-based architecture
Python – Strong backend capabilities
Excellent communication skills – Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical discussions
Experience with Django (Python web framework)
Someone who enjoys writing code daily but also aspires to step into a leadership role
Eager to transition from mid-level to senior / lead status through real-world mentorship
Comfortable working in an environment where regulatory rigor and technical precision are key
