Job Description
Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Full-time in Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree& Brockton.
Qualifications of a Staff Nurse include:
A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN/LPN).
Hands-on nursing experience as an RN/LPN.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
Strong interpersonal skills as an RN/LPN.
Good computer skills.
Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN/LPN.
Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include:
Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN/LPN.
Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN/LPN.
Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN/LPN.
Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, as an RN.
Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN/LPN.
Benefits:
~ Competitive Pay ranging between $60 to $105 per hour.
