Position Overview:

We’re a growing, fast-paced team that believes people are the heart of everything we do. As we scale, we’re looking for an HR & Recruiting Coordinator who’s excited to be hands-on with all aspects of people operations - from sourcing top talent to keeping our HR systems and processes running like a well-oiled machine.

This is a dynamic, multifaceted role where you will play a central role in recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and benefits. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and the wider team to create seamless, people-first experiences.

Requirements

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

· Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms

· Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

· Screen incoming resumes and coordinate phone screens with qualified applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in multiple time zones using our ATS

· Create and drive a positive, white-glove candidate experience from first contact to offer

 

Onboarding & New Hire Support

· Coordinate onboarding from beginning to end and ensure a smooth Day 1 experience

· Work cross-functionally with IT, payroll, and hiring teams to ensure readiness

HR Administrative Support

· Maintain and regularly update employee records in our systems and applications

· Assist in coordinating the HR inbox, employee communications, calendars, etc..

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements (I-9s, contracts, etc.)

· Help audit and organize digital employee files for accuracy and accessibility

· Support offboarding tasks such as document retrieval and exit survey coordination

HR Reporting & Metrics

· Create and maintain recruiting and HR reports (e.g., open roles tracking, referral and sign on bonus tracking, etc…)

· Assist with analytics tracking and dashboard updates for key HR metrics

· Help identify and suggest trends or improvements based on report data

Benefits & People Programs Support

· Assist in benefits administration (e.g., enrollments, changes, FAQs)

· Help coordinate open enrollment communications and documentation

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with prior experience in the recruiting process

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field of study

· HR certification from SHRM or HRCI (or to be obtained within 1st year of employment)

· Excellent skills in: communication, organization, & attention to detail

· Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proper judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

· Experience or familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems, iSolved HRIS and Workable ATS preferred, but not required

· Proficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Outlook, Word & Excel skills)

· A desire to learn how HR and the business work together to meet operational needs
