Position Highlights:
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Locations: Multiple properties throughout Galveston, TX
Industries: Residential Property Management / Multifamily Housing

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Assist with unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks
Support or lead daily operations, depending on experience level
Ensure work is performed safely and meets quality standards
Communicate effectively with residents and property staff

Requirements:
HVAC Certification (required)
EPA and CPO certifications (preferred)
Previous maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or similar settings
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
