Managing Attorney (Business Litigation)

**Key Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution and active California State Bar admission.
- Minimum of five years of experience in litigation, specializing in business litigation or employment defense.
- Proven leadership skills, with prior experience managing attorneys and legal staff effectively.
- Strong command of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law in your areas of focus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing case assignments and maintaining balanced workloads.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

-$185,000 - $225,000 annual salary provided you meet your billables before including incentives

-A competitive incentive compensation package based on reaching individual and departmental goals, which can push your total compensation above $300,000;
