Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (varies on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 90 days of employment

• Company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance (with $1,000 deductible)

• Paid holidays and birthday (after probationary period)

• Performance bonuses (twice per year)

• Company vehicle, gas card, and cell phone provided

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews (5–10 team members)
• Review blueprints, designs, and customer requirements to develop and implement construction plans
• Manage job sites to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines
• Oversee equipment use and job site preparation, including property protection
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members
• Monitor and document job costs to stay within budget
• Maintain OSHA-compliant job sites and uphold the highest safety standards
• Act as the main point of contact with customers during installation and assist with final walkthroughs and payments

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in roofing or construction supervision
• Solid understanding of various roofing systems and installation techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work weekends or after hours as needed
