This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Vendor Data Entry Clerk to ensure accurate and timely input of vendor information, product data, and pricing updates into our internal systems. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth supply chain and procurement operations

Responsibilities:

• Enter vendor details, product data, and pricing into ERP and e-commerce platforms
  

• Review and verify vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance
  

• Maintain organized digital records of vendor information and agreements
  

• Update purchase order details and shipment tracking information
  

• Communicate with vendors to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
  

• Assist procurement team with data reporting and analysis
  

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, procurement, or administrative support
  

• Familiarity with vendor management systems or ERP platforms is a plus
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  

• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry software
