**Job Title: Tig Welder / Pipe Welder HIRING ASAP** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder with strong fabrication skills, particularly in TIG welding. The ideal candidate will work with stainless steel 304, 310, and 330, known for their heat resistance. You will be responsible for building the body of units using torch tools, bandsaws, and grinders. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain basic power tools such as grinders, drills, saws, magnet drills, band saws, and forklifts safely and efficiently. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication. + Use a T-square and other measuring tools to verify the dimensions and alignment of fabricated components. + Identify and correct errors or inefficiencies in work processes to ensure high-quality output. + Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and address any production challenges. **Essential Skills** + Structural welding, including Tig, Mig, and Stick welding. + Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel. + Proficiency in 5G and 6G pipe welding. + Ability to use band saws and power tools such as grinders and drills. + Blueprint reading skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding proficiency in MIG welding with clean, strong welds on various materials and thicknesses. + Tool expertise in using basic power tools, magnet drills, plasma cutters, and band saws. + Equipment operation certification or experience in operating forklifts. + Proficient measurement skills with a T-square and tape measures. + Project facilitation and time management skills. + Problem-solving abilities and communication skills. + Safety awareness and knowledge of shop safety practices. **Why Work Here?** Join a team with a continuous flow of projects ensuring long-term employment and growth opportunities. The environment will have some noise from power tools and you will work alongside about six other team members. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Corona, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
